So I have this friend group that I always hang out with. However recently they acquired a really retarded, immature, overall dumb friend. That certain slice of retardation makes the conversation of my and my friends not enjoyable anymore. He really hasn't done anything to me personally, he's just so dumb that I can't stand his presence. He makes awful jokes like "lololololilol you got laid lolol" honestly he's so immature I can't stand it

Should I find new friends? Because when I try to show his retardation everyone is just like "meh I'm see to it" instead of "yeah he's really retarded"

Tell him. He might have no clue and is just acting like that because he thinks it's how he can fit in. You can't hold it against him if he doesn't know you feel that way, and there's no sense in ditching your friends just because you don't have the balls to be honest with someone. If you do it nicely, you might be pleasantly surprised. The strongest friendships are forged through difficult situations.

Retardation is when the rate of change of something is slowed/adversely affected. In this case, you try to use it to gauge his intelligence, albeit incorrectly.

He's just immature, and as most 14-16 (I'm assuming this is your age group, if you're even younger, my point stands further) year old males go, he's just in the level of development that everyone at that age is. Therefore being not retarded.
