AGE OF EMPIRES 2: THE CONQUERORS EXPANSION 1.0C- Hacking question....

Anyone know any hacks for AOE 2 the Conquerors? I know someone that cheats when cheats are disabled. When I joined a game and was chatting, somebody was making it look like I was typing it. My name's daniel, and in the chat box thing:
Daniel: Hey you stupid idiot!
Daniel: I am talking to YOU, ok host.
Daniel: You are a ****ing stupid a**hole!
That's what was appearing in the chat, and I got kicked. Anyone know how to do this? I think I know who it was, because he says stupid stuff to me in GameSpy, and after the game started(we were playing CBF), All my stuff dissapeared and it said I was defeated(just like when you use the cheat: torpedo). Then he said **** of you big a**hole loser. Cheats were disabled, so how did he do it? I would LOVE to be able to use cheats when they are disabled. Someone let me know.
