    Hai @adwin99 i don think so this is ip banned,it maybe your internet problem or yours line is weak hard to connect to Cibmall Ip.
    Or wait 1 day and try again.I have get this problem i try restart my internet work well with others game but MAT can't after 1 day i try open again it's work!
