Why is it that all of a sudden a bunch of people that are amazing at gfx make an appearance out of the blue?

Because i come from many other sites that i was GFX Mod on and i feel like branching off? i unno. Also i have GFX Teams that im a leader of and i was wondering if there are any teams on this forum? As well, i have looked around the Graphics section for a while and i cant find anywhere that you guys are not accepting Jr GFX mods anymore. Would i be able to apply?
