We had a shoutbox waay back then and it just lagged MPGH; we hap VIP but we lost our coder (We have donator though) Out side linking is promoting another hacking site which is ban-able

Shoutbox shouldn't lag the site if it's installed correctly.
VIP coder? All it takes is to add in a new usergroup with new forum sections and set permissions.
Outside linking should be allowed to ********e/non forum sites. (Like my site it's not a forum, it's a personal site).

No, you actually need someone that is good with coding to code hacks for different games you can't just create a group and you will automatically find coders

When people start spamming in the shout box the site will lag, spamming makes the forum lag and it could be way more problems than spamming such as advertising.

That's why you use a shoutbox called 'Inferno' for vbulletin, set spam protection so you have to wait 3 (or whatever) to post 2 times so post once and wait a few seconds.
