Plugin creator needed, please.
So i'm looking for somebody who could create plugins for my server, meeppvp.
It is a relatively small server at the moment, 10-45 players but 300 slots, but we are going to start advertising largely after we get some new needed plugins.
Plugins i will be looking for:
-Voting plugin with very easy, customizable rewards, if possible, and a linked webpage that counts the top voters.
-A brand new chat system, with per-world chat, and a "shout" or "all" chat, which you can toggle on or off.
(not as important) -Command payment type-thing, example: You pay $5000 or 5 diamonds to use /help.

Actually, you can easily do ALL of those if you have the right plugins. Essentials itself already covers the local/shout chat system and the command prices.
For the voting, you could always try GAListener. It just doesn't come with the top voters feature, but you can easily do that if you use Enjin and have the Advanced or Premium Plan.
