NEED TO UPDATE FORUMS MORE OFTEN.....lil suggestions

Outdate stickies like the jan hack needs to be removed. Notices on progress of hacks if any; Stickie needs to be posted. ie) is dave gunna make it or is Combat Arms not gunna be supported anymore? Want to stop peeps from asking "When the hacks getting updated", then make the stickie with updated info. (update this one least once a week. DAve said back in April he be making some, haven't heard anything since)

Prevent any uploaded or outsourced links unless you have at least 25 post+. (therefore anyone that post hacks with virus gets banned they cant come out with new name just as qwik) <--- i know this isn't idiot proof but will slow the other site idiots from wrecking this forum.

All post besides stickies have a lifespan of 10 days max. for anyone with less then 50 posts. 60 days for the high post members. Less clutter.
I saw a poll somewhere which asked which is your favorite fps online game to play. Combat arms outnumbered all others by 2000 votes compared to the next best game. (which was ony 100+ votes.)

Daves a busy man. Ive been working on getting a statment from him.

Id like to add that Dave is not bound to public members. Sadly you dont contribute to the site other than posting. If Dave never made another hack it wouldnt matter because he owes nothing to you. Sad but true. His main concern is VIP users and hes going to make a hack for them before anyone else.

Ive asked If I could remove the old stickies but most of them are still useful to are members. The old January hack will not be comming down because he will update it when new hacks arrive. If members would just look at the fucking date this problem would be solved.

I'm grateful for your concern, but trust me, its not that easy. If Dave sees fit to change something he will do it. Remember, this isnt a new site, we are functioning like we always have. Everything will be fine.

Ill work on a statment from Dave about the hacks.

i agree with the outdate stickies thing...

i know i look at dates, but still tend to look in them due to fact i check out the last few post to see if anyone has figured a trick to get them to work.

Another new rule : post count should only be new thread only. like dw3fan has 200+ post but i seen a few of his post and majority of time he flames. Not helpfull.

If not enough mods get some more. I know there is some really good loyal mpgh members would love to help.

I know vip's are 1st in line. An update showing Vip s are updated would be good to see. At least I know that ca is supported.

If Dave too busy hire some more coders. Mpgh is one of the best sites, imagine someone out there would love to join.

Like I said, thanks for your concern. They are great ideas. If you are really passionate about these changes take it up with Dave. I have no power over those kind of changes.
