Yes i am, as i think files should be checked before approval, and everyone who checks the file will confirm that it doesen't auto update in any way.

if it imports InternetReadFile that doesen't mean that IT has to be an autoupdater, let me know if i have to upload the file, also, trojan horses, it's packed so all of them are false positives but what do you know about them, *omg noez trojan horse viruz*, you are just so funny :/ , please reply so i can laugh more

edit: i'v readen the rules, and my file didn't violate any single rule, so where is the problem?
i check for updates, they are OPTIONAL( if you know what i mean else translate the text ), user is not forced in any to download them, they can use the old version as they like.
