Scripts are patched on most takistan life servers now though. What I do is join with VA bypass on and then launch cheat engine and set the value to "Float Value" or something, drop a random amount of cash say "3423" and then select it but don't pick it up, alt tab out and scan the value. Select everything that pops up and change to whatever amount of money you want.
