    Use a cracked account/cracked launcher.

    When you open the launcher change your username and enter game.
    Member Level 1 since 4/20/11 - 8/4/14

    There are plenty of launchers like avery mentioned and there are plenty of cracked premium accounts posted in Minecraft Discussions.
