Mpgh Counter-Strike Hack

I do not know how to upload the Images how everyone else does. So I hope this is alright. My problem is this. I download the file, and when i hot extract to desktop, this error shows up. May I please have help?

When you download it, hit Save as, not Open with. OR hit Open with but don't close your browser until its extracted.
