Well look no further! (Gay intro. I know :P) (CROSSFIRE HAS TOO BE OPEN!)
Step 1 -
Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE and then open Task Manager
Step 2 -
Ok once you have Task Manager open find your Crossfire program

Ok now once you've found it right click it and then click on "Go to process"

Ok now find you "Crossfire.exe" process

Step 5 -
Ok then just right click "Crossfire.exe" and highlight "Set Priority" and click on "Low" or "Below Normal"
