Unless someone drops out AND everyone on the current reserve list is not available to play, it's going to be full. But from what akinator mentioned, there's probably going to be a third tournament.

RULES:
1) No hacks allowed
2) No hacks allowed
3) If someone breaks 1st or 2nd rule the game is instantly terminated and the other team wins
4) All weapons allowed
5) Only 1 sniper per team, if there's more i'll reboot the round
6) There will be special features in the middle of the game like spawned weapons and more!
7) If you are more than 5 minutes late someone will replace your spot (with exceptions)
8) IN DEVELOPING: ILLY's anticheat program, for this you have to wait! (probably for the 3rd tourny)
