RULES:
1) No hacks allowed
2) No hacks allowed
3) If someone breaks 1st or 2nd rule the game is instantly terminated and the other team wins
4) All weapons allowed
5) Only 1 sniper per team, if there's more i'll reboot the round
6) There will be special features in the middle of the game like spawned weapons and more!
7) If you are more than 5 minutes late someone will replace your spot (with exceptions)
8) IN DEVELOPING: ILLY's anticheat program, for this you have to wait! (probably for the 3rd tourny)

And @akinator can't you PM everybody the time and increase the prize? 200 000 euros was cool from the last tournament, but I feel like 100 000 is a bit low.
Don't get it wrong, you're at least giving something and organizing all this shit; I couldn't do it better etc.
