Yes.
There are couple of ways.
1. Go to options ingame and change settings to 800x600, then go to advanced settings and bring down everything to less detail.
2. Get Game Booster 3.4 NOT 3.5.
3. Get GBoost and go indavanced and check everything, then press Run The Booster
4. Get Game Fire and check everything you need to check for the specs and press Run.
5. Get Latency Optimizer and press optimize latency. ( This should decrease SERVER lag )
6. Get Advanced SystemCare 6 and go in Turbo Boost tab and press it.
7. Upgrade Graphics card.

IF you still have lag after all these make sure you are on right server.
OR get a new computer.

Another way is using WTFast

Game Booster works the best. One of the functions is to De-Frag the game. Use that function and AVA will run smoother.

if you have a windows 64 bit you can open your task messanger go to ava.exe rigth mouse click and bring the sensetivety to real-time or high
