Because your signature is incorrect as well as just plain wrong, figure it out on your own. Or hell, go ask @yousefaliq ...oh wait, he's banned. But actually, just go to the tutorials. You need to make skins for the weapons, so download some weapon models or find 'em in the AVA folder.

You will need to learn how to design and use certain design packages, including UPK unpacker, pixel shader etc.

Let me just say one thing. Its REALLY hard to make one. You need to decrypt and then encrypt and make sure the coding is right so it will work in multiplayer. Plus you need to have some knowledge in designing skins.

LOL! Very unique I must say but making getting to the pixel shader part and creating a Katy Perry is very difficult. Some colors can be limited and too many colors will make the skin not work.
