[HELP] IP Ban Fix

So I was ip banned and i tryed to change my ip and i think i did, but it still is not working so if anyone could give me some help on how to change my ip that would be awesome,

Some info (you might not need) my router is an apple airport extreme if that makes a difference.

You will need to change your external IP address. Ask your ISP if you have a static or dynamic IP.

If it is dynamic, restarting your router will change your IP. If it is static, you will need to use a proxy to connect to the internet.
