It depends what the file is. Perhaps it is a hack for a certain game, it shall go in the section for the game. Just explore more section and you will know what I mean.

2. Then from the DayZ section click 'post a new thread'
3. Then click 'Attachments'
4. Upload it.
5. Insert in line.
6. Profit.

you can post a picture as a attachment but i would recommend too use a image host that you upload the picture too and then use this button
and then choose from url and do not choose to retrieve remote file.
