So what about safety of this tool? Can be detected or not?

I've been using alternate zoom for months without ban, can't say about unlocking zoom.

I just want to say: This is wonderfull tool that i am werry happy using, yes its working super shoothly BUT use it for ur own risk, U CAN GET BANNED FROM THIS. By the way thanks for this tool, its werry helpfull for champs like kog maws

scan failed, at first. I reloaded it when i was actually in game, and it worked fantastically!

I made a level 1 account.
Scanned failed between the times of selecting champions / and summoning.
once the map was loaded it totally for sure said failed, so i closed this hack cam program, and re-opened it.
Scan worked instantly. LoL Camera Tool 0.7 Ready! - *M*

tabbed back in game... got sad the zooming in/out didn't work....
well i started looking at the program.. seen some check mark boxes...
i clicked the 1 under "freeze" for unlocking cam.. and it worked.
none of the number pad numbers were working, I had to hit Num lock a few times.
wasn't until after checking and unchecking some boxes on the program.... that the number pad commands started working in game.

so yea.. its a little buggy, but totally 100% works.
rotated the screen.. did a screen Tilt - and obviously the unlock zoom works.
so excited, can't wait to see how long this works before I get banned.

Holy hell mother of League of Legends! I knew people were cheating somehow. This is just the first I've seen. Good job with the program though. Runs smooth. However I've already deleted it. I am against having an advantage against everyone.
