Speaker Problems

so... not sure were this goes but i am having problems with my speakers even tho my volume (all posible volume adjusters) are at 100 i can only hear nearly wispers....this is a probleme since im trying to learn c++ on videos and my monitor(were my speakers are) is a HP f2105 can anyone help me?

No as i said they are in my computer they arent new ofcorse,,,, but there in good condition and only like 3 years old
