Sounds like its sore but I could be wrong
So I just finished my second day of P90X, and it is pretty tough, after Plyometrics I was barely able to stand up, and I'm tomorrow I'm expecting my legs to be way more sore.
But my arms. I can't tell if they are sore or I injured something, because If they are injured I'm going to pass on any more arm excercises until they heal, don't want to cause a larger problem.
Basically If I lift either arm straight up, I feel some pain on my side around 2 inches south of my armpit. Also, when I fully straighten my arm, my tricep hurts (which is probably soreness), but the area around my joint and elbow has some pain. Especially when I push it with my finger is when it hurts the most. Nothing serious but it'd be a 3 out of 10 in pain. This is my largest concern, because I don't think the area around a joint should be hurting.
I feel some pain in certain areas of my shoulders. If I shrug or lift up my shoulders some areas hurt, mostly on the back side.
Basically if I spin my arm in a circle (like in swimming), the area 2 inches south from my armpit, some of the joint on my arm and my shoulders ache. Not sure if injured or just sore, or both. Also if pressure applied my ribs hurts. Can't tell if it's the bone or muscles.

ahahah fag, that's what you get for trying to get big
Ice bath and hot compress/wrap your shoulder. Maybe take a day off P90x and stretch good
