You use them for VB to build your own stuff.

Download this Visual Studio 2010 express for free Download | Microsoft Visual Studio 2012

And update your Netframework 4 and 4.5

Download Visual C++ 2010

Learn VB and C++ (will take you a few years.)

Get new version Cheat Engine and learn how that works by doing the Tut's (Google it)
