As the title says. What the WORST thing that has EVER happend to you?

For me. It was during the finals in American Football (As we say it in Sweden).
I play as runninback and Quaterback. I was about 4-5 yard from making the last
touchdown in the game. But as I'm running I can see one of their linebacks on my
right angle. I knew he was going to get me. He threw himself at me, his helmet,
his whole bodyweight landed hit the side of my knee, braking my leg in 7 places.

I have never EVER been through such pain...
