I have a problem that if I change my level, the crafting isn't updated. Meaning, even if I change to level 10 from level 1, I can only craft things I could when I was level 1. Any idea?

If you mean like the race Ogre then yes you can.

I've been trying to do it using CE but not much success. If the game considers my character an ogre it's not showing.
