Backup PS3 Profile,Saves & Trophies without PSN

METHOD 1: XMB Backup+Trophies+Saves

STEPS:
1) Insert USB drive to right slot.

2) Go to XMB System Settings.

3) Backup Your system to the usb drive. (Delete all 'Game Data Utility' data. This will save on lower backup size.)

4) Once finished open Multiman.

5) Open PS3 Root.

6) Open 'dev_hdd0' in a window.

7) In a new window open your usb.

8) In usb create a folder named 'trophy backups'.

9) Go back to the hdd0 window and open the home folder.

10) Copy all the profiles you wish to backup into the trophy backups folder on the usb stick.

11) Once backups are done remove the usb drive.

12) Replace your hdd. Once cfw is installed continue.

13)Go to XMB Settings and Restore your Backup.

14)Go into Multiman and open file manager.

15)Open dev_hdd0/home and open your profile.

16)Copy the trophy folder from your trophy backups folder into your hdd0 home's 000000xx folder(XX is the local profile number).

17) Put the PS3 into Recovery mode and rebuild the database.

METHOD 2: Multiman Backup+Trophies+Saves

Note:
IF you don't make the local account folder match the backup up one your need to resign your saves! (See steps 7 & 11)

STEPS:
1) Insert USB drive to right slot.

2) Go to Multiman File Manager.

3) Open PS3 Root.

4) Open 'dev_hdd0'.

5) In a new window open your usb.

6) In usb create a folder named 'home'.

7) Go back to the hdd0 window and open the home folder.
Note: 000000XX are the order the profiles were created so if your main profile was the 5th to make it will be 00000005.
DON'T CHANGE THIS NUMBER!

8) Copy all the profiles you wish to backup into the home folder on the usb stick.

9) Once backups are done remove the usb drive.

10) Replace your hdd. Once cfw is installed continue.

11) Look into your USB home folder at the last XX(numbers) of your copied profiles. XX represents your offline user order.
Note:
Lets say your profiles are numbered 0000003, 0000006, 0000007. You must make 7 offline local profiles on your system so it registers up to 0000007. Use default name for now(User 1-7). Now you should have User 1-7 accounts.(Make as high as your XX requires) Give the accounts that your be keeping colored icons to help separate from the useless ones.

12) Re-Open File Manager and delete the contents of dev_hdd/home/000000XX profiles that match your backed up ones.

13) Now copy your backed up ones into the dev_hdd0/home folder.

14) Put the PS3 into Recovery mode and rebuild the database.
