Many programs don't work for increasing fps, I don't know about this one but I 'm just saying.
I got abused by Arun and exposed him

Most applications targeted at Increasing FPS are actually just task killers and temp file managers.

However, i've never heard of the program.

I just flicked through the homepage for the program and it seems pretty decent.
I'd recommend overclocking your GPU/CPU though. That'd probably show better results

Try posting in the community forum or Discussions section on MSI.

Do not try to overclock your gpu to get better fps.

You're going to try and overclock it and fry your computer.

Invest money into a better graphics card, If you can't do that then watch tutorials on how to overclock your gpu, but even then it's to risky because you know nothing about overclocking.

Tell what motherboard, power supply, ram, graphics card, and cpu you have, and if your computer is really "cold or hot".
