Need help with PlayDGN(EU) ASAP!

Okay guys so I just downloaded the SEA version of Dragon Nest instead of the PlayDGN(EU) client because whenever I download the PlayDGN Client the download progress doesn't move an inch or a cm. So, I just decided to finish downloading the SEA client and downloaded the Launcher for PlayDGN..

But whenever I open the game after pasting the Launcher it says Launcher initialization failed E:3 . :/
I thought the problem would be the mismatched versions

SEA ver = 101
PlayDGN ver =103

Anyone please help me?

EDIT: Anyone please upload his/her GPK folder for me?

you can't download SEA and then the playdgn launcher and run it because
they are totally different... sea uses a different server and set of codes to playdgn and playdgn launcher is set to their own servers so basically your trying to tell the playdgn to connect to an unknown server so basically you got suck it up and download playdgn
