when i open the game and write my account name and password the game closed and say "you cannot access the test server" and when i open it in game site he told me "account is blocked reason chargedback transId 10000051783 please contact support for more information and assistance. thank you" does any one know how can i unblock these account

i think you cant unblock it .. but you can try to send a ticket to the supports like they said
and get info from them

The only way to unblock the accounts is by paying off the charge back.

basically someone bought zp on the account using a credit card, the took back the money the spent on the account therefore you will not be able to play on it until you pay back what you or whomever else charged back.


To pay off the charge back, you must buy a prepaid card(ugc,karma koin etc) ,send a support ticket with the code and wait for them to un ban it.
