I'm trying to run as many laps as I can for 5 minutes. I'm trying to find a bunch of stuff I can consume in order to do more laps by sprinting and never slowing down for the whole thing.

So far I got a few things:
Cocaine Energy Drink (1 can) for caffeine for the crazy amount of energy
Gatorade (1 bottle) for electrolytes (does Gatorade hydrate you? Or will I need water?)
Creatine for a fast energy source for my muscles.

Anything else?
