    If you want to be skinny with abs then do cardio and eat less fat.


    But abs on a skinny guys is like breast on a fat chick.


    Everyone already has a sixpack, it losing the fat.


    I would take the time to give you the car analogy but this video does the same thing.





    To be honest, girls want a guy with muscles, not really abs. Abs will natural come in time.

    Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a peasant and dinner like a beggar. Go for a jog in the mornings and do some situps/crunches before you go for your shower.
    Now make sure you get all your daily nutrition and stay away from junk/fried/fatty foods.

    Yea... Sorta like what KING said. You can't spot burn fat. It's not possible. If you're losing fat, you're going to lose fat overall, so some fat from the arms, stomach, thighs, calves, etc.

    You should calculate your BMR too (basal metabolic rate). It tells you how much calories you burn w/o doing anything. If you want to burn fat, you have to eat below that number. 1 pound of fat is about 3,500 calories. Just have a good diet. Drink a good amount of water. People usually say if you take your weight and divide it by two then that's the amount of ounces of water you should have. You should also do a good amount of exercise (one hour at least) per session, 2-3 times a week. Workout every part of the body (arms, legs, front/back). Dieting usually will be the main source of losing fat, but you exercise to maintain your bone structure (if you just diet w/o exercise, you'll end up being a skinny feg).
