What's your most embarrassing death?

Like the title says, what's your most embarrassing death? Mine happened today when I died when an Urgle broke my armor on my 6/8 archer and i was shotgunned by three construct gods at once. how about you guys?

7/8 Knight killed a skull shrine ran in to get my loot and a urgle broke my armor.. lets just say them tiny skulls killed me in less than a second.
