A few tips & tricks I picked up for GTA V

Free Vehicle repair method
1) go to the menu on screen and head to the game tab then replay any mission
2) Once in the mission fail it by either not doing the objective or dying
3) instead of retrying the mission just quit the mission
4) now it should return you where you left off and your car should be 100% repaired

Buy any property for free
1) Make sure you have the amount need to purchase the property and buy it
2) As soon as the cinematic starts head to the menu
3) Go over to the Game tab and replay the mission Masks
( If you have not completed the mission Masks any mission is fine this one is just the quickest)
4) Wait 15 seconds
5) Then head over and buy the masks and complete the mission
6) then from there it should save the game go ahead and do that
7) It should return you to where you left off and you should not only have the property but you will also have gotten it for free
