[Request] How to make a crosshair for combat arms in Visual basic?

I made the crosshair and i put it topmost but i can't get it to go over combat arms can someone help me.

Yes, You can.... The only issue (when not using DirectX) is the cross hair will blink,(which will get annoying) I will write a tut on how to do it as effective as possible.
