Any vip is worth it to be honest. 2 days ago I was 2nd lt 5th class. Now I'm 1st lt almost 2nd class. So yea I've been farmign A LOT. lol

If you get 2 or more VIPs you can join farming rooms in Delta 9 and rank up to Colonel in like a week If you're into that sort of thing.

They can't tell that you only have one -.- the only way to do that is search your account.

Yeah they can All they have to do is hover their mouse over your VIP mark in the lobby and it'll show them which ones you have. The VIP weapon will switch to the next equipped if you have another one after 3 seconds.
