Violence against women is a no no. Women are not to be abused. They are to be treated with respect, just as the way you should treat your friends. There is a reason on why we have equality rights in certain countries. Despite the high percentage of violence that occurs in countries, the world together is working towards changing that. Though to allegedly pinpoint, violence in general is never a good resolution nor a tolerated behaviour. Those who do use violence towards others shall face consequences. If someone hits you, and you hit them back, that makes you no different than the opposition. If you put this in a scientific perspective, if you have an action force, an equal amount of force will be in resultant causing a reaction force. What comes around, goes around. Before you take action, think about what you will be going in to. In your case, call the police and do not give another chance. If the ex-boyfriend has the capability of doing it once, he has the capability to do it again. Or as we call it in MPGH terms similar to the saying, once a scammer, always a scammer. Hurry up and deal with the situation as soon as possible!
