How do you switch to left hand crossfire?

Check on the in-game settings. There may be something in there. If not, Google.

1. Press "esc" (if in game), or options button when in lobby (top right)
2. then click the very last tab
3. it has an option of which side to shoot. select and save.

@man2man: ok, let me try that and see if it works...i think i checked there already in the misc. tab and i don't think i saw anything or i could be wrong

go to your settings in crossfire... XD

push esc or go to options go to the last tab there will be 2 options over the crosshair thing click the left one
