Best PC for VMwares ( League of Legends )

I am trying to get a dedicated PC for doing referrals. I am hoping to open up to at least 50 VMwares.
Can anyone tell me what's the best build?

Budget isn't really a problem right now. But if you guys wish to know, it would be around 500-1000USD

I dont use VMwares..but i guess its cpu intensive?

Mostly a ton of ram.

@Op i would suggest you to get a 8350 since the cores will help out greatly. Also you can cheap out on the gpu since you won't care about lag or such. I have heard having a ssd to load the lol files from increases the speed a lot. Ill have to find the thread somebody made on their referral machine.

To Run VM ware what you will be needing is alot of ram. 50 is a big number. Assuming LoL is no different to Crossfire, i was able to open up about 12 with 8gb of ram so do the math. You'll be needing a good mobo to set up all that ram as well. I dont know, a 1000 usd might be pushing it :S
