19.0 Mod Selector - Now works under Mac and Linux!

Edit5: The problem with the inventory viewer has been fixed.

Edit4: Auto-aim has been fixed. You can find the updated mod along with the attachments. Just place it in your mods folder and remove the folder named "19.0.0_jNoobAutoAim"

Edit3: Line numbers were fine. Turns out there is a reference problem between the two version of rabcdasm. Will fix.

Edit2: There are currently problems with at least one mod (auto-aim) that isn't working right due to the new version of rabcdasm. I've identified 45 files that have been altered due to the different versions and will investigate it more and correct line numbers of the mods as soon as possible.

Edit: Note, make sure you have Java installed on your machine by going to jav*****m: Java + You . This program requires java 1.7 or above.

The mods in this attachment were taken from @Cryogen235's 19.0 mod selector found here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/599-realm-...ml#post9123969 . All I did was update my mod selector program to fix bugs and add support for osx/linux.

Mod Selector Program Changes/Additions:

- Added Mac/Linux support

- Reworked error handling so it is clearer that if something went wrong the user knows

- Before building, the program looks for stagnant files from the previous build and deletes them in order to avoid build errors

- Spaces in directory/client name no longer cause a build to fail

- Mod list is now sorted

- Added 'version' parameter to .ini file so one can customize the window title

- Added 'debug' parameter to .ini file to show the browse button and rabcdasm command line arguments

- Added 'leaveDisFolder' parameter to .ini file so one can opt to leave the dissassembled file's contents after the build finishes for debugging purposes.

- Added 'enablePopups' parameter to .ini file so the user can enable/disable build confirmations (build failed/build succeeded)

- RABCDAsm has been updated to the lastest version. Code was added to these programs so that arguments with spaces in the mac osx environment functioned correctly.



Mac Users
I included a shell script named modSelector.command. Give this file execution privileges by opening up the terminal, type in 'chmod +x ' and drag the modSelector.command file to the terminal window. Then press enter. Now you'll be able to run it by double clicking.

Hi, i'm a mac user, everything is cool but i can't shoot, i mean i can swap things in my inventory etc, so the problem doesn't come from my mouse, but i can't shoot.
Thanks for the client anyway, but that's pretty useless ATM, so if you know how to fix it, could be cool

Did you build a client with auto-aim? If so..

Rebuild the client without Auto-Aim and let us know if this fixes the issue. If it does, its a simple fix. Just a difference in RABCDASM versions, I had the same problem for a long time.

For all mac users, make sure you install java from jav*****m: Java + You . This should clear up any file not found errors...

If you are running windows, run the modSelector.bat file. If running mac, run the modSelector.command file (see above). If running Linux, open the .jar file from the terminal with the command 'java -jar modSelector.jar' (make sure you are running java 1.7 or above when you do this). On all these platforms, you need java 1.7 or above installed.

I updated to the newest version of rabcdasm so there might be slight line changes that I'm not aware of. I'll look into it.

It doesn't have those mods. If you running under mac, make sure you run the modSelector.command at least once and not the .jar directly as rabcdasm needs execution privileges (see mac users section in main post).

Hmm. Well if there are a lot of people on older mac os's then I might consider going through the code and reworking the 1.7 features into 1.6 features. Seems like the dependency on 1.7 is what is causing most of the problems since the birth of this program.
