I think the keylogger is gone?

After putting my PC into safe mode with the internet off I did a scan and found nothing so I rebooted and logged back in....
When I logged in (with my internet still off) my OneCare picked up a virus

Trojan:win32/Malex.gen!E
So I clicked clean all and I managed to Quarantine the Trojan
So... Am I now safe from this virus?
Is there any other actions I should take?
Any input would be awesomeee

Monitor anything that is using your internet...

Ex. Packet Sniffers (Is that even legal anymore?)

lol i always restore my computer but just to an earlier point of time not the whole thing and it gets rid of viruses

System restore only takes you back to a previous time to were the computer was working fine but not everything is gone it just restores your files & make sure thing was the way it does it doesnt do nothing major

when i was attacked by alot of trojans a while ago i just re-installed windows as if i just bought it from the store
