No I don't think so... When Hux/Nilly were minions they had to approve each other's clients as well.

Mods can approve their own files. Actually, any file posted by a mod is automatically approved. I also approved my own client that I released as minion. Btw, Hux never contributed any files to this section.

Look at it this way, if you can't trust a mod on this site, what does that say about trusting the mod with files they approved and did not make themselves?
