Longest time you've gone without sleeping?

I've spent about 3 days, but I was driving. I know one person who makes over 9 years that don't sleep.
She had a stroke, and the part of the brain that is responsible for sleep was affected, and she does not sleep, also she is paraplegic!

Woah, wouldn't she have to have like sleeping medication?

Naw, it was when I first found I had Non-24, my body literally was just not shutting down.

Never heard of that until now O.o doctor said I have Insomnia, fucking sucks but 9 days would kill me

Final projects in junior year of high school. I also didn't really have much of a home to go home to at the time, and just stayed overnight at the contractor place I worked and played diablo 2 and starcraft on the computer there with the ~3 hours each night that week I had free. Really wasn't a good reason in hind sight; dunno why I did it.

Well, I flew from Canada to Hong Kong.
Technically it would be 2 days, but since the time is ahead, 3 days LOOOL

the most i think was like 2 days.

I was in a karate competition, the guy I was facing in the competition(who was a guy i knew) dislocated his shoulder.

He was throwing a punch at me, i used his momentum(he was an extremely powerful dude) then countered his attack.

I dislocated his shoulder and i stayed with him the whole time. I just couldn't go to sleep that night.

Pulled an all-nighter before. Slept outside in a tent with my cousins and we watched Ted (way back when they only had cam versions of it lol) but it was good enough to enjoy and laugh to. When it turned 6-ish me and one of my cousins ran down the street shirtless screaming but they live in the ghetto area so we ran back before we got shot or anything. Slept like a baby after I went inside the warm house.

I know how you feel man, uncle passed away in 2002 And he was overseas at the time.
I remember the exact moment when I got told, me and my brother were sitting on his bunk bed playing monsters inc. on ps1.
My dad came in and just said in the softest voice that he'd passed away..
I'm still sad to this day and I don't think I'll ever get over it but I know he's always with us.
