Review My Ticket
Literally got banned 10 minutes ago. Figured it was because of me hacking (most likely) so I had to come up with some bull shit for my appeal. Basically I blamed HS for detecting a harmless background program as a hack and said that its the games fault for banning me.
The last time I was banned was about 3 years ago. I figure that they will see that I was clean for 3 years and just think that there actually was a problem with the HS detection. Or they will tell me to fuck off...
Edit: I was looking up on some things and I think my account isn't permanently banned. When I try to login it tells me I'm suspended, but then says I can appeal to the ban (Which confuses the shit outta me). I also read that if you login on the Combat Arms site and you still have all your stats that you will most likely get your account back. Well I have all my stats still.
Another thing, what is the likeliness of getting banned for "Harassment" because some newphag said he reported me for that. Even though all I was doing was calling some obvious hacker a douche canoe.Last edited by Trevor Phillips; 01-28-2014 at 05:45 PM.

I don't know if Vindictus tickets differ much from CA tickets, but 2 suggestions based on my experience with Nexon via Vindictus:
Don't submit a ticket under the ban title, or if you do, submit a second one. A lot of times they ignore the <officially labelled> ban tickets and only manually read the other ones.
Your response is way too long-winded. Ask why you were banned and then give them that info after the respond to you with the banning/suspension reason, assuming their response warrants it. Rambling and proposing reasons makes you seem guilty. I probably wouldn't unban you if your account was flagged for hacking and you sent me that message.
Not to mention you definitely want to change it anyway because any Nexon employee can see this site and match it up to your account.
