It's not like I only did it to get promoted, or to look for recognition. Neither did I apply simply to get "power" over others.
I'm not saying I wouldn't like to be promoted, surely there's a part of me that's aiming for M+ and all that, I won't deny it. Nobody here will.
But then again. Why do you get promoted ? To be able to handle your sections better, to be able to do more work without the need of a GM+.
It was more of a joke, trying to set "a record".

But I'm sure you didn't start as a minion just to work your way up, since from what I hear from others that you had good work ethic. But from reading your post, it seems like that attitude slowly drifted over the year since you started, which is where my previous comment applies. Joke, yes, but only half joking is how I took it.

Half joking would be a pretty good description I guess. I cared for the sections I had. It's not like I grew tired or bored of them.
I just want to clear up one thing : I didn't quit because I didn't get promoted. It's as easy as that. The PM just sums it all up. Maybe a bit out of context, but nothing we can do about that.
