    All you need is different IPs and a lot of them, a software or scripts alone isn't enough unless it has many proxies with different IPs.

    It's going to get stuck on 301+ if you get lots of views really quickly, regardless if you're using proxy or not.
    It's just Youtube checking that you're not clicking "refresh" to boost your views.
