xD Idk when he scammed you but he has a thread where he's buying a League Account too, so maybe he just used the fact that you're new to scam you but you should still report him and provide proof of the skype convo. -or at least post it on his thread.

i reported to riot and found out this guy's personal info on facebook and some photo book site. i was on his account that he was selling me, i think is banned now. i sent chat history and ask them to check ip login history.
found out this guy had an account on mpgh but was banned after i got scammed, but it was too late... i already got scammed few times, and i lost 100$+ already.....
