I'd take over triple digits cash offers, if your going cash only.
If you want to trade account's then at LEAST level 41, no retail required, no guns nothing. IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE ACCOUNT, so example: level 41, nothing on it, account + $45.00 (just an average, we can negotiate). If it were a high level (49+) account with nothing, I could possbily consider an account trade but i doubt it.
