I live in Russia and in my country many games are cheaper (not all). Typically, 5% - 30% off.
For exemple:
Starbound in Russia cost 300 rubels ~ 8,5 USD. While in many countries it cost 15 USD.
Terraria - 200 RUB ~ 5.7 USD. In other countries 10 USD.
Outlast - 400 rubles ~ 11.5 USD. In other countries - 20 USD.
Left 4 Dead 2 - 500 RUB ~ 14.5 USD. In other countries 20 USD.
And other.
But it does not always work. In Russia DayZ cost 1000 RUB ~ 28.8 USD. In other countries 30 USD (low savings).

What profit for me?
I take a percentage of each sale.
For exemple:
Games Under $7 - 20% (Terraria ~ 6.8 USD)
Games Under $10 - 15% (Starbound ~ 9.7 USD)
Games Under $15 - 13% (Outlast ~ 13 USD, Left 4 Dead 2 ~ 16.3 USD)
Games Under $20 - 10%
Games from $21 - 8%
