The first things i stated about these dumb things when i saw them was that they are just like GIANT ORANGE TARGETS. Any shooter that has either a mental issue or is just on rage is going to see these dam things and be like "more people!" and shoot away if they have the ammo

Also on top of that.... They don't protect SHIT. There's still the SIDES and the fact that... oh I don't know... The fact the shooter can just lift it off the person?
