Just because the consoles run on AMD hardware does not mean that they'll run 10x times better when ported to PC. The graphics in the consoles aren't like the ones you get on the PC platform, same with the CPU, neither follow any of the architechtures that the PC equivelants have.

Also, I apologize for any terrible spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes. I'm on a mobile, it's 4:20(blaze it fggt) and I need some sleep.

Ah.. the 710M is the same as HD4000 Graphics and is ok. My 850M is 2gb so the ATI 2GB may be beter but you want a better processor than an A4 with it.

The OP hasn't given us any detail on cards other than their original manufacturer and their VRAM. From that, the only thing that we can get is that 2 is bigger than 1, not that the card with 2GB of VRAM is better than the card with 2GB. The card with 2GB could be some shitty ATI card from before the All-in-wonder days but the 1GB card

could be a modified GTX TITAN. You can't jump to conclusions so quickly, once the OP updates this thread then we can give him a clear answer.
