Installed a farm bot and cant figure out how to uninstall it!

Im on windows 8 and I cant figure out how to delete the Farm Bot. I deleted crossfire and all of its files and everytime I install t again it has xtrap pop up and tell me that hacks are acvtive. PLEASE HELP ME

Best bet would be to run an anti-virus as it should detect it. If that doesn't do anything, Check your processes tab in WTM for any abnormal program's running, Right click on it, and click "Open file location" and delete it. If that fails, try a system restore to a date prior to installing it. If that fails, Reinstall Windows.

WTM = Window's Task Manager (ALT+CTRL+DEL)

I'm actually not to sure what's good in the way of anti virus's these days. I never run them. Try ESET NOD32?

Try out AVG or Eset Nod 32, in my opinion, the best 2 antivirus and the most complete ones; as a summary, AVG is way better on detecting, and Nod 32 is way better on preventing. I personally like and use Nod 32 4, but there are newer versions (5, 6 and 7). Good luck!

P.S.: check WTM, and then System configuration tool (Start>>Execute>>msconfig) in "services" and "start" labels.

Thanks I just did a restore pryer to the date it was installed and that took care of it! Thanks to everyone who helped me out!

No problem mate!

P.S.: Note that Restore System, in some cases, will only shut down the start task (for ex., farm bot start's task) and maybe delete some files, but there might remain some files in somewhere at your hard disk, even if they doesn't affect any other processes.
